10 years of Seebataillion GMT

This year, the robust Mühle watch is celebrating its 10th birthday. To mark the occasion, we are surprising watch fans with a blue color variant of the high-quality Mühle rubber strap and a new titanium folding clasp. The latter will be fitted as standard on both strap variants of the insert watch from May 1, 2023.

Another Mühle operational watch for the German Navy

The Seebataillon GMT was launched in 2013. A year earlier, we began developing the operational watch in consultation with the command staff of the naval battalion. The soldiers became aware of Mühle-Glashütte through the S.A.R. Flieger-Chronograph, which is on board the naval rescue planes. They also needed a wristwatch that was precisely tailored to their requirements. So they asked us to develop a timepiece that would be robust and shockproof enough for any mission, guarantee an accurate time display day and night and combine the best wearing characteristics with optimum functionality. Because the unit protects the soldiers, ships and buildings of the navy in ports or on the high seas. To ensure that the watch can provide loyal service to soldiers in Germany as well as off the coast of Africa or in the Middle East, it should not only be reliable, self-sufficient and precise, but also particularly easy to read.
30 years since our refoundation.

Time to celebrate.
