Three generations.
Three family tours.

Have you ever taken a tour of our manufactory to see how we make our watches? Our doors are always open to interested watch fans, so there are plenty of opportunities to do so.

In our anniversary year 2024, things are about to get even more informal: we have prepared three exclusive, personalised family tours for you. From June to September, we want you to experience how and where we live. In keeping with our company’s basic family philosophy.

You can get to know us better at one of three family events in 2024.

You will experience these with the three generations of the Mühle family who currently form our company.

Please note that all events are held in German.

Terms and conditions of participation

The following conditions apply to registration for “Participation in an event with the Mühle family” organised by Mühle-Glashütte GmbH.

Mühle-Glashütte GmbH
nautische Instrumente und Feinmechanik
Altenberger Straße 35
01768 Glashütte

By registering, the following “General Terms and Conditions of Participation” are recognised; this also applies to any “Special Terms and Conditions of Participation” that are made known to the participant for certain events. If the participant registers other persons in addition to him/herself, these conditions of participation also apply to the persons also registered.

Visibility

§ The organiser of an event decides whether the event is only open to selected persons or whether it is made public and thus also accessible to third parties. As the contingents of the events are limited, the organiser therefore reserves the right to select the guests. All registrations are initially collected and the participants are then promptly informed accordingly.

§ The events are generally held in German.

§ Participation is in no way connected to Facebook or Instagram and is in no way sponsored, supported or organised by Facebook or Instagram.

Registration

§ Registration must be made in writing and will be considered in the order in which we receive it. However, there is no entitlement to the conclusion of a contract for participation. Registration by telephone will not be recognised. In principle, registration should be made by e-mail to events@muehle-glashuette.de with the subject “Tour de Glashütte/Mühle-Glashütte Open 2024/Mühle Wandertag”.

§ By registering, the participant agrees that his/her personal data may be collected and processed by Mühle-Glashütte GmbH nautische Instrumente und Feinmechanik.

§ Participation takes place after written confirmation by Mühle-Glashütte GmbH.

§ By completing and sending the registration e-mail, you agree to the transmission and processing of your data for the purpose of preparing and organising the event and contacting you and declare that you have taken note of the data protection declaration and the conditions of participation for events.

§ Employees of Mühle-Glashütte GmbH and all persons involved in the organisation and implementation of the family events as well as their relatives are excluded from registration.

Costs / Travel/ Hotel reservations

§ Unless expressly stated, the events offered are free of charge.

§ If events take place over several days, additional costs (e.g. in the form of hotel and travelling expenses) may arise. As a rule, these are to be covered by the participants themselves. However, hotel reservations can be made by us upon express request.

Cancellation

§ We reserve the right to cancel the event for safety reasons (weather events, etc.) or for reasons beyond our control (force majeure, official orders for which we are not responsible, etc.). Participants will be informed accordingly at the address given on registration.

Photo & video recordings

§ Photographs and video recordings may be made during the event as part of the organiser’s public relations work for reporting on the event and promoting future events. The participants (speakers, participants, guests) have the right to object to the processing and publication of these recordings.

Warranty, liability

§ Participants attend the event at their own risk.

§ The liability of the organiser or persons commissioned by the organiser for damages (personal injury and/or property damage) – regardless of the legal grounds – is excluded.

§§ The participants of the “Tour de Glashütte” acknowledge that the event is a cycle tourism event on a route that is not closed, so that collisions with motor vehicles, other participants or persons of the organiser are possible at any time. Participants acknowledge that due to the lack of barriers, grazing animals, free-roaming dogs, chickens or wild animals may cross the road at any time and at any place along the route, which are beyond the control of the organiser.
Participation in the cycle tour is at your own risk. The organiser accepts no liability for accidents or other damage to property or personal injury before, during or after the event, including damage caused to third parties or by third parties, unless the organiser is guilty of intent or gross negligence.
Liability of the organiser for damage to property is completely excluded.

§ Damage caused by the participant will be charged to the participant.

Data protection

§ The protection of your data is of particular concern to us. We therefore process your data exclusively on the basis of legal provisions (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR etc.) and on the basis of our conditions of participation for the preparation and organisation of events.

§ Further information can be found in our privacy policy.

Mühle-Glashütte GmbH reserves the right to amend these conditions of participation for justified reasons. The conditions of participation and the entire legal relationship between the participants and Mühle-Glashütte GmbH are subject exclusively to the law of the Federal Republic of Germany. Should individual provisions of the conditions of participation be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining conditions of participation shall remain unaffected. Legal recourse is excluded.
