From east to west, from north to south: After welcoming you to our hometown of Glashütte during our anniversary year in 2024, we are now bringing “Mühle in Motion” to your region.
For the continuation of Mühle in Motion in 2025/26, we’ve come up with something truly special: Thilo, Fanny, and Dustin Mühle are not only excited to visit your region but are also looking forward to your suggestions on what we could do together.
After all, you know your home best! We’re sure you have plenty of great ideas for locations and activities—whether for an active or more relaxed Saturday excursion. We’d love to go hiking, cycling, or golfing with you again. Climbing, paddling, or archery would also be fantastic additions. We can’t wait to hear your insider tips!
From all submissions, we will select one destination in eastern, western, northern, and southern Germany. Of course, we will take care of the organization and costs for the event—and invite other Mühle fans to join. The journey begins on June 21, 2025, with a Saturday event in the eastern part of Germany!
In the east, the sun rises… and with it, our sporty and active event series Mühle in Motion awakens here. After riding bikes, golfing, and hiking around Glashütte with us during the anniversary year of 2024, we are now paying you a return visit – and coming to your region.
Please send us your excursion ideas for the Eastern part of Germany by April 22, 2025, at event@muehle-glashuette.de. From all submissions, we will then select one suggestion and, of course, take care of the organization and costs for the event.
A wine on the Rhine: Not much water flows down the Rhine until we set off with Mühle in Motion to the West of Germany.

Alpine glow included! From the Black Forest through Lake Constance to the Bavarian foothills of the Alps: In addition to our love for wind and waves, we at Nautische Instrumente Mühle-Glashütte are also passionate about extended mountain hikes. As soon as the date, location, and activity for each region have been published, you can apply to participate. Applications submitted in advance will not be considered. The start of the application period will be announced via Facebook and Instagram.

By registering, the following “General Terms and Conditions of Participation” are accepted; this also applies to any “Special Terms and Conditions of Participation” that may be provided to the participant for specific events. If the participant registers not only for themselves but also for other individuals, these terms and conditions apply to the additional individuals as well.
Visibility
The event organizer decides whether the event is for selected individuals only or if it will be made public and thus accessible to third parties. As the event slots are limited, the organizer reserves the right to select guests. All registrations will initially be collected, and the participants will be informed accordingly in a timely manner. The events will generally be conducted in German. Participation is not related to Facebook or Instagram and is not sponsored, supported, or organized by Facebook or Instagram in any way.
Registration
Registration must be done in writing and will be considered in the order in which it is received. However, there is no right to conclude a contract for participation. Telephone registrations are not accepted. In principle, registration is to be made via email to events@muehle-glashuette.de with the subject “Mühle in Motion East/West/South/North.” By registering, the participant agrees that their personal data will be collected and processed by Mühle-Glashütte GmbH, Nautical Instruments and Precision Mechanics. Participation occurs upon written confirmation from Mühle-Glashütte GmbH. By submitting the registration email, you agree to the transmission and processing of your data for the purpose of preparing and carrying out the event, as well as for contact purposes, and confirm that you have read the privacy policy and the terms and conditions. Employees of Mühle-Glashütte GmbH and all individuals involved in organizing and conducting the family events, as well as their relatives, are excluded from registration.
Costs / Travel / Hotel Reservations
Unless explicitly stated otherwise, the events offered are free of charge. If multi-day events are held, additional costs (e.g., for hotel and travel) may arise. These are generally to be borne by the participant. However, hotel reservations can be made by us upon explicit request. Execution / Cancellation
We reserve the right to cancel the event for safety reasons (weather events, etc.) or for reasons beyond our control (force majeure, official orders, etc.). Participants will be notified accordingly at the address provided during registration. No reimbursement for already incurred costs (e.g., travel, hotel) will be made. Photo and Video Recording
During the event, photos and videos may be taken for the organizer’s public relations purposes, to report on the event, and to promote future events. Participants who do not wish to appear in photos or videos can inform us on-site or by email at events@muehle-glashuette.de. Warranty, Liability
Participants attend the event at their own risk. The organizer’s liability or the liability of persons commissioned by the organizer is excluded to the extent permitted by law. Liability for damages resulting in injury to life, body, or health remains unaffected. Participants in a cycling tour acknowledge that it is a cycling event on a non-closed route. Collisions with motor vehicles, other participants, or animals are always possible. Participation is at your own risk. The organizer assumes no liability for accidents or property and personal damage, except in cases of intent or gross negligence. Damages caused by the participant will be charged to them. The protection of your data is a priority for us. We process your data solely based on legal regulations (Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. b GDPR, etc.) and our terms and conditions for preparing and conducting events. Further information can be found in our privacy policy.
Change of Terms and Conditions
Mühle-Glashütte GmbH reserves the right to change these terms and conditions for justified reasons. Participants will be informed of significant changes via email or on the website.
The terms and conditions, as well as the entire legal relationship between the participants and Mühle-Glashütte GmbH, are exclusively subject to the law of the Federal Republic of Germany. If individual provisions of the terms and conditions are invalid or become invalid, the validity of the remaining terms and conditions remains unaffected. Legal recourse is excluded.
You have various options, if you would like to have your Mühle watch professionally serviced. For example, you are welcome to bring your watch directly to our manufactory or send it to us by post with the note “Service”. Please contact us in advance if you would like a service in our manufactory in Glashütte. We will be happy to provide you with more information about our services, the safe shipping of your Mühle watch and send you a return slip. In addition, you can contact a Mühle retailer in your area. They will not only give you competent advice, there you can also hand in your watch for an inspection conveniently and easily.
