Our payment methods

For all online payments we use the payment method Paypal Plus. It is an optimized checkout, which combines four payment methods in one payment solution: You can pay with us by Paypal, direct debit, credit card or invoice. The payment is completed via Paypal Plus, but for this no Paypal account is necessary. This way you can conveniently, quickly and securely buy your Mühle products online. Alternatively, you can pay on site when you pick up your products in Glashütte.

When paying by SEPA direct debit, the account is usually debited within 24 hours. You do not need a Paypal account.

We are happy to provide the option to purchase on account with the support of our partner Paypal Plus. After shipping the goods, you have 14 days to easily and conveniently pay the outstanding amount by bank transfer. This method of payment is available up to an order value of 1,500 EUR. To complete an order by invoice, it is important that the billing and delivery addresses match.

Payment on collection

You are welcome to pick up your watch directly at our manufactory in Glashütte. If you choose this pick-up option, we grant payment upon pick-up on site. You have the possibility to pay by credit card or cash. After processing your order, you will receive your personal pick-up notification. We will automatically keep your order ready for you to pick up for 14 days.

Shipping details at a glance

Particularly valuable and precious goods also require special care and security during transport. When ordering high-priced and sensitive goods on the Internet, a safe transport route is an important criterion. We work for the shipment of our watches and products only with selected shipping service providers. If the value of goods exceeds 500,00 EUR we usually ship by UPS. This service is only possible by direct delivery. For the shipment of our wristwatches within Germany the shipping is free of charge. The shipment of all products is insured for the value of the goods. All inquiries from European and international countries will receive an individual offer or will be referred by our team to the responsible wholesaler. Here we are happy to provide support.

Who can service my Mühle wristwatch?

You have various options, if you would like to have your Mühle watch professionally serviced. For example, you are welcome to bring your watch directly to our manufactory or send it to us by post with the note “Service”. Please contact us in advance if you would like a service in our manufactory in Glashütte. We will be happy to provide you with more information about our services, the safe shipping of your Mühle watch and send you a return slip. In addition, you can contact a Mühle retailer in your area. They will not only give you competent advice, there you can also hand in your watch for an inspection conveniently and easily.

Where can I find technical details for my Mühle wristwatch?

The most important technical information on our current watches can be found on our website by visiting the “Wristwatches” page and selecting your collection/model. Technical details for your model can also be found in the instruction manual for your watch. If you have any further questions, especially regarding older models, please feel free to contact us.
